BPH after an implant

Hey guys, I have BPH and am done with the flowmax and alfuzion, causes me to have retro grade ejaculation and slightly dizzy getting up to fast. Has anyone had a procedure performed after your implant and if you had what type. Thanks

I had a proceedure done after my implant. I actually had one done before. Before my implant I had Aquablasion therapy done. Everything seemed good until after my implant and I needed something else done. I chose to go with the HOLEP Proceedure. I think this should take care of it for good. HOLEP is a laser treatment and you can check it out on YouTube.
Age 74 Implanted 01/02/2024, Dr.Clavell AMS LGX, Ed for almost 20yrs. Cialis tried caused vision loss, Trimix also caused vision problems. Married 36 years.

I've had BPH for some years.

I had my implant in Jan 2019 but developed a urethral blockage several years ago and had to have TURP surgery to actually save my life. The implant didn't cause any issues.

I do now have retrograde ejaculation which seems common after TURP.

My urologist doesn't recommend Rezum. He said it usually has to be performed after a couple years.
Rezum wasn't an option for me anyhow.
87 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
