So, did a Google search for Xialla to get some information and FirmTech popped up as a competitor. I've been using Xialla for ED for a couple of years now after seeing it here and trying it out. Excellent product though I wish they had slightly thicker material....I'm on the larger side and it really digs in, though I do understand there needs to be a certain amount of that extra pressure to help deal with venous leak. It would just be so much more comfortable if it were say 8 or 10mm diameter instead of 6mm. It would probably also be more durable since I keep breaking them.
In any case, one thing I don't love about Xialla is that it goes right up your crack (again, I get why it has to in order to work), but FirmTech is claiming similar results without that design element. I was skeptical that it could work in the same way and be as effective without wrapping underneath the testicles and around the perineum.
Long story short, I spent the $60 to try the Performance Ring since it was sized looser/larger. It simply doesn't work like Xialla AT ALL. It won't even stay hooked if you're larger in girth (in fairness, they warned me my girth was far outside their range of workable)....but, by contrast, while I use the larger Xialla size and break them somewhat regularly, they still work and pretty darn well at that.
In any case, they do have a 30 day warranty so there's little risk to try it (minus shipping), but I'm not sure how it could possibly work compared to the Xialla as it's not clamping down in the same places to be as effective for ED use. It's also pretty bulky where the 'hook'/clasp sits, which is right on top of your pubic bone which will be contacting your lady's bits during intercourse which kind of digs in there too (not necessarily in a good way, depending on the woman)....that is, if you even keep it hooked together to do its job.
