Anyone still using MUSE with no complaints?

Anyone here still use MUSE for erections? I never tried it but is MUSE worth getting?

I used MUSE years ago .. gave good erections but also gave that ache everyone complains about. ( could also get an ache from Trimix sometimes, but only when using a little too much).
The main thing with MUSE is its high cost...

I guess people outside the US use MUSE more because very few other countries offer Trimix.

Give it a try.. Then probably try something else.
