I´m on the same situation , long term user of other pdei5 , but they are stoping working well . Thinking of trying udenafil.

Yes, udenafil is working very well and is still my #1 ED treatment. For now, I have no intention of changing.

Keep drinking loads of water while taking them and afterwards.Helps from getting a headache the next day.

The side effects of ED pills will get worse during the time. Eventually pills will not help erection but all side effects will stay. I had to stop using pills because I got migraine with aura.
