I need 3+ days to get horny again

I’m 28, but it has been like this since forever. I have always suffered from ED, mostly secondary to low libido. I can have sex just fine if i’m without it for multiple days. I tried injections for times I want to go again and they work decent, but without the libido behind it there is no passion and i can’t orgasm.

Went to the urologist and had some basic lab work, all normal range, testosterone even on the high end.

It’s sort of acceptable for short term relationships but sucks for longer term relationships. I don’t really know what to do. Implant seems a bit extreme and also wouldn’t entirely solve the issue because i would still suffer from anorgasmia

Gadsiee, If you're looking for a libido boost I highly recommend you check these out - especially the post regarding THC/CBD. I have experienced great libido increases with PT-141, and now THC/CBD. These have minimal-to-no side effects, and avoid complications that can come with hormone replacement. Awhile back I posted 2 messages in another section, one on each, one message right after the other.

But as always you should check with your PCP, urologist, and any other care provider you rely on to confirm they're appropriate for you.

Gadslee: Good that you got a testosterone measurement. Now I'm thinking that you may have a more-complex problem than most low-libido guys. There's an interesting testosterone article written at the layman's level, "What's the Difference Between Total Testosterone and Free Testosterone?," at http://www.medichecks.com, which says that bio-available testosterone is what we need, and it may be low even when total T is normal.

So you next should see an endocrinologist, ideally one who specializes in mens' sex problems. (You too, Mazzio)

I'm not making light of your situation, but maybe this is not a huge disadvantage. If you only get horny every few days, and you find a woman that matches that frequency, then it's not really bad.

You'll both be getting sex as often as you want it, and you'll probably get more done in your day-to-day life than those of us who are horny constantly and use up more time than necessary on sex and masturbation. I have often thought that if I would only get aroused every few days, then I'd have a lot more productive time for other pursuits. Frankly, I'm not sure I'd consider this a real problem unless you have a woman who wants more frequent sex.

I had a girlfriend years ago that wanted sex more frequently than I did (in hindsight I probably had low testosterone at that point), and it eventually became a big problem in our relationship and helped split us up. But if that's not your situation, this might be a blessing as much as a curse...?

Careful with PT-141. It can cause anhedonia and depression. It's like a mega-dose of heroin for your MCRs... I used as recommended (and even skipped weeks) for about 6 months before it completely stopped working. It would produce several days of noticeable depression after each dose and made me irritable in my relationship.
