hello everyone... this forum is a source of hope for many men.. personally I have been struggling with Erectile Dysfunction for two years and more... I want to ask a question about Viagra. Is there anyone who took or is taking Viagra 100mg and if so how many times in a day did it help him have sex.. that is, if he managed to do it once.. was there any help from the pill for a second time on the same day?

I used Viagra (name brand) about 20 years ago when my ED began. 50mg worked for a year using it 2 times a week. Increased to 100mg, worked for a couple years at 2X week. Then it began to not work every time, started causing migraine headaches the next day. When it got to the point it would work once out of three or four times I gave it up. Injections next for a few years, then implant.

Viagra didn't work as well as Cialis for me, Cialis 20mg. effects will last for days, plus Viagra started giving me tinnitus so I gave up taking it. I've thought about the 5mg everyday Cialis but haven't gone there yet.

Back when I was using pills I could definitely tell I was getting benefit from Viagra the next morning (12+ hours later) but not enough effect to have penetrative sex again.

So at 37, with a 100 mg pill that I ask myself to have sex a second time on the same day within two hours of taking the pill, is that too much? Because sometimes it gives me the urge for the first time having sex..I think because I'm young I should have a second round.

Ι have a lady married with other man so when i meet her one time is less..but viagra also sometimes work for me and i believe a second round is possible

Viagra was a bust for us. Dr gave me a variety sample pack. I know it had one 100mg along with a few lower doses. I want to say 30mg. I cut the 100mg in half. It worked great, maybe an hour long erection. Didn't try for a second go. For context, we usually only had sex once but normally a long session. Next tried 30mg, might of been 25mg. Worked but poorly. Third time went back to the 50mg half that I had. Nowhere as good of result as the first 50mg dose.

Over the next few months my wife asked for some samples. He always gave her like a 2 pack of 100's. We never got the results that matched that first 50mg dose.

Fairly quickly they became ineffective. All the side effects & frustrations without a usable erection. It was beyond obvious that my only hope was to find an implant dr. That lead to me finding this forum. Somehow a few members that seldom posted on here but monitor the posts. Figured out that I lived in their area. They kindly pointed me to Dr. Brant that was local. About that time there was a large posting about well regarded implant Drs. He was on the list mainly because somewhere in his past he had worked in education or research. I don't recall which.

I set up an appointment but a Covid hit & his hospital was hard to get a surgery scheduled at. They wanted an empty room in case there was a complication. Covid basically always kept them at full capacity. It is not a large hospital. Eventually Covid eased I was able to get an implant.

As most men have said. I wish that I got it earlier. Not sure how much earlier but at least cut off about 2 years of Covid delay. If it was to fail I'll get to replaced ASAP.

We started dating in school. I always had a dependable erection & she absolutely loved it for 50+ years. Is my implant perfect? Considering we felt that my natural erection was very dependable we would call my natural erection as perfect. So my CX is a very close second place.

Sorry guys for the long & sometimes off topic post. But it is a journey that is hard to just tell partially.
