I know it's an old post but thought I would add my two cents. I have had ED bad for 27 years now and have spent way too much money on toys that didn't work for me. I even have a Venus 2000 that I spent about $1000 on and I have not been happy with it as it just is not stimulating enough for me. Last year in May I bought this device for $50 on Amazon that has been a game changer for me as it is essentially a penis pump that has a smaller sleeve inside of it that both spins around and strokes and gets my flaccid penis off with mind blowing orgasms within minutes with no drugs or injections required. It is not 100% perfect and could be better for me with a more powerful motor but they claim to have upgraded it with one. I think I'm an average 6" and it has momentarily stalled on me numerous times when pump setting is too high and I'm really engorged. It's also a little loud and I have to wait until no one is around to use it but it's the BEST toy I've found ever out of dozens of toys that pretty much were complete failures or lame. I don’t think it would be good for the well endowed despite their claim about all sizes. There are 5 pieces to clean that isn't hard to do. The future should bring improvements on this design though. My original toy like this also has a couple vibrators that were inserted into the spinning/stroking sleeve that were useless to me and I cut them out with wire cutters.
