Happy Thanksgiving, Brothers!
What are you thankful for?
I’m thankful for a successful implant surgery, and (so far) a relatively smooth recovery. I’m also thankful that I have a decent job, a supportive family, and a great group of friends. I’m also thankful that I was able to recognize a failing marriage and take action to end it before it dragged me down emotionally and physically.

I'm thankful for the life path I took and all the character building mistakes I've made along the way. I am also thankful for my vixen wife who has a dirty mind and libido that is on par with my own. I am also thankful for be above the dirt instead of beneath it!

I am profoundly thankful to all pornstars, reddit chicks and fansly chicks for their video content. They fulfill a significant void in my life that my boring reality cannot.

Re: What Are You Thankful For?
Bit late replying, we don't do thanksgiving down here in the land of Oz, but I am eternally thankful to modern medicine.
After suffering years of BPH "controlled by medication", my urethra finally closed up completely, and after 3 days in and out of hospital emergency in a city far from home, they poked a suprapubic catheter in my belly, and put me on a plane. Two weeks later I underwent HoLEP prostatectomy, and 4 years later I am living a "new normal" life.
In a different place and time my bladder would have ruptured and I would have suffered a slow and painful death.
So every day I give thanks to the Lord for modern medicine.
Every day above ground is a bonus now.
And now I'm putting my faith in medicine again, looking forward to my implant in 2026.

20 years of ED, initially managed by pills. Increasingly severe BPH, emergency HoLEP prostatectomy 4 years ago. Fixed the prostate but pills just don't work any more. Solution is decided.
Currently booked for surgery Jan 2026.
