can continue having sex after ejaculating?

Postby Luisdido » Thu Nov 27, 2025 2:57 am

I have a question. I've read here that you can continue having sex even after ejaculating, but since I recently got my implant and started having sex, I haven't tried it yet. Isn't my penis or glans too sensitive to continue having sex after ejaculating? What do you do? Do you endure the sensitivity, train it, or simply stop? I ask because I usually finish quickly.

I don't know if it was translated correctly

You can do it even without a transplant. Udenafil + oral phentolamine does the trick for me: the latter decreases sympathetic action in the penis and allows you to stay erect, even after ejaculation.

After orgasm my penis gets way sensitive so I have to stop for a bit. In 10-30 seconds I can continue.
One of the best features of the implant is not going soft after ejaculating. Love being inside my wife for a while after finishing and not have to worry about falling out and leaving a mess on the sheets.

Luisdido, yes, and like Old Guy I have to slow things down but for me its a minute or two. No big deal, and after that its back to fun !

Ever since I had surgery for prostate cancer I can no longer ejaculate. It's a side effect of a radical prostatectomy, as the seminal vesicles are removed. But I have still been able to orgasm normally (dry) since then. Now with my implant that part of sex is really no different, the bodily sensations are still the same. Even though I can stay erect indefinitely with an implant, it still takes some time to "recharge" after climaxing. But because you now control how long your erection lasts, you can continue to have sex and satisfy a partner while you recover your ability to ejaculate.

Recovery great so far but have a bend.
