Cialis side effect any way to reduce them

I have good results with most pd5 drugs. Cialis at 5 mg daily or 10 mg before sex.

I have been using different pd5 over 20 years with good results but the last few years the side effects are just getting worst.

Headaches , muscle cramps, hear ringing, are very bad. Anyone have found ways to reduce them?

Levitra and Viagra are even worst. Cialis in generic at 2.5 is better but not enough for me.

Only those 3 are approved in Canada.

I have had the opposite effect.

Since 2020 I’ve had 10-100mg of tadalafil almost daily. Side effects were pretty bad on 10mg at the start. Orthostatic hypotension, severe congestion, headache, and tiredness.

Now I can take 100mg and I don’t experience any side effects that I would notice if I wasn’t looking for them. Most days I take 40mg.

My pde5i-free erectile function is not significantly worse now than it was 5 years ago, and tadalafil is only slightly less effective now to how it was 5 years ago, so I’m doubtful my tolerance to the side effects is due to upregulation of pde5. I posit that perhaps there are compensatory mechanisms that have strengthened to mitigate the side effects of systemic pde5i inhibition.

This makes me believe that it is possible that a low-dose of daily tadalafil could help build a tolerance to the side-effects of an on-demand and significantly larger dose of tadalafil.

And another point.

Take readings of your blood pressure after a 4 day washout of a pde5i, assuming your side effects are not still present.

Then take readings of your blood pressure after dosing a pde5i and you are exhibiting symptoms.

Compare the two sets of readings.

The side effects you have could be explained by hypotension.

Same here, though it was primarily the tinnitus and upset stomach side effects that were the main problems. I quit taking tadalafil for over a year, then went back on it, taking them in the morning instead of evening. The upset stomach problems didn't happen when I took them in the morning. The tinnitus slowly faded back to normal after a few weeks.
