Venous Leak Effect On Penis

I developed venous leak 2 years ago after taking dutasteride to treat hair loss. Since then my penis mutated.

It often feels squishy, empty, light and less substantial. It's almost like the contents inside the penis have disintegrated. It's most weak and soft and fragile at the base. I'm due to get an implant soon.

Has anyone else ever experienced the horrors of a skinnier flacid penis, a light squishy empty penis with no substance in it? Is it common enough to have those symptoms with venous leak?

I've felt like that all my life. I was born with VL. I've never had 100% erection. Even at its best with drugs and injection combo it is pointing down and feels very fragile.

Sorry to hear that. Have you ever had a sexual experience with another person? Did you ever consider a penile implant?

Things went quite well when Viagra came to market for about 10 years. After that it has been awful struggle with injections.
Injection is not an option in my country. The volumes are 0-5 operations pe year by one doctor. The patients are mostly young men with injuries or diabetes.

Where are you based? Did you ever think of getting an implant in a foreign country?

I have been like it all my life. I am 45 now and have never been able to have penetrative sex.

I live in one of the Nordic countries. The situation is the same in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark an Iceland. The volume of implant surgeries is almost zero or they are not made at all.
The nearest country with high volume implant surgeries is Germany. I have the money but am afraid of the risks. And I live with a woman who does not care about sex.
