Been on it for 20 years now. Yes it may have played a part in my ED, along with other factors like age and high blood pressure.
However, it has been great for not losing my hair all these years which my genetic line would have done, no doubt.
So I am 56 now, still full head of hair, and dont want to lose it.
Does it even matter at this stage anymore? It's not like the ED will be cured suddenly.
Also wondering if propecia / finasteride affects the TRT treatment. Heard it converts much of the testosterone into something else. Does it maybe negate the TRT effects?
Should I stop propecia now?

I know nothing about them, but have you considered a toupee?
Rxlist.com and Drugs.com say that Propecia can cause impotence and delayed ejaculation.
What's your total testosterone level when using Propecia? Your urologist ought to be able to guide your TRT to overcome the Propecia effect, if this is possible.

Age 80 in 2025. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Propecia is literally the worst drug you can take to cause ED. So you have to decide, do you want to have great hair and look good or have great sex. Perhaps a toupee if things get bad can solve one of the problems. Or an implant and keep on the Propecia.
