The short summary is that it’s a crappy drug for ED, but can turbo-charge libido/horniness in most people. It’s far more effective injected than as a nasal spray. It also has common side effect of mild to moderate nausea and flushing. Its effectiveness diminishes with frequent use.

I find it’s the opposite. I experience a net libido decrease due to the side effects. However, erections are greatly improved. And my orgasm intensity increases.
I have found that the efficacy decreases with repeated use.
A note for anyone who uses it from underground sources: you should filter the peptide shortly after reconstitution into a fresh vial, keep it in the fridge, aim to use it all within a few weeks, and check for particles in the solution before each use
Peptides are unique in that they can aggregate to form compounds similar to proteins. And that can trigger an immune response. Best case scenario an immune response makes you feel shit. Worse case scenario an immune response makes you feel shit, the drug no longer works, and you’re now immune to the effects of your own endogenous melanocortins.

I second what Goodwood has said, made me horny as hell and got great erections, just not when I needed them. I prefer Melanotan 2, this is basically the same effect as PT 141 but gives you are very good tan. And I love a good tan.
Be careful when you take this stuff as it can cause nausea. To much and you can puke your guts out for a day. I know.
