Dosage Michigan

Postby Jerry2025 » Tue Sep 02, 2025 1:34 pm

My Urologist prescribed Quadmix for me at a 10MCG/1MG/30mg/0.1mg/ml
PGE-1/phentolamine/papaverine/atropine

my urologist gave me this script and we tried it with success. The only thing is it seems I need about 50 units to get the desired effect for about an hour. I would like to go longer but it lasts about an hour. Thinking this dose was high (he disagreed said everyone dose is different and 50 is not too much). So I asked about just upping the script amounts and he said didn't need to. I want to use less and am thinking why not just up the dose and use less? Anyone have any input...

Maybe I should find a new urologist in the Michigan area? Anyone from Michigan that has a great doc that knows this stuff really well :)
Thx:)

Just my opinion on this. I never used injections. Most men using injections find that it eventually loses effectiveness. So it would be just my guess. That your dr is trying to get you to use as little of it as possible in an attempt to postpone the day it doesn't work.

Not trying to be rude, but if you’ve never used injections, your opinion really doesn’t mean much seriously not trying to be rude. I’m looking for people that are using it. And as far as affect him is going down overtime if you spent any time on these forms, people have been using this for 1020 years with no effectiveness wearing off so a lot of this is misinformation you’re giving. I’m hoping someone in this forum has the right information but thank you for reaching out

There's no problem with injecting 0.5 ml (50 units), but increasing the concentration of the quadmix components would allow for a smaller volume to achieve the same effect, saving you some money. Most likely, they won't want to go over 30 mg/ml of papaverine. Take a look at available ICI preparations at RxBuyersClub: https://rxbuyersclubusa.com/medications. I'm not sure why you're on Quadmix. The atropine probably doesn't add much compared with just using an adequate dose of trimix. A lot of people have a problem that the dose necessary to have a usable erection results in an erection that lasts 3 or 4 hours, and if it goes on longer than that, it means a trip to the ER to have it reversed. Personally, I think that an hour-long erection is a lot better than increasing the dose and risking that it lasts too long.

The guy who runs RxBuyersClub is great and is happy to answer questions. They arranged a telemedicine consultation with a doctor to order my ICI prescriptions. I believe Olympia Compounding Pharmacy also offers medical consultation and is the compounding pharmacy from which RxBuyersClub orders.
