Gentlemen,
Here is a blog I wrote for Coloplast which basically tells my story of how I came to create Franktalk.org.

Thanks, Paul! What a useful free service! Other grateful members, who are able, might consider joining me in pushing the donate button at the top.
Age 80 in 2025. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Paul,
Thank you ever so much for this site. I discovered it after I’d had my implant, and probably would have benefited from it more had I found you sooner, but I’m not complaining, because I now have a working penis again.
My two year Peniversary is on October 27. I will have turned 81 when that occurs. I’ve gleaned such useful information here since I joined, and have tried to make myself available to other guys going through the same process.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise with all of us. You’re the best.

Re: Creating a safe space to talk about erectile dysfunction and penile implants
I am one who wished I would have found Frank Talk before getting my implant. Going into the surgery the only thing I knew (hoped for anyway) was that this surgery would restore my ability to get an erection. Being married to a partner many years younger I had to find a way to keep her satisfied sexually.
Male sexual issues are difficult topics to discuss. Too many males simply suffer the consequences in silence. Frank Talk has been a wealth of information for me, and I try to support other males seeking any advice, comments or knowledge I can. Being a retired medical professional allows me to break down some of the big medical terms to an understandable point.
Thank you, Paul, for creating this site!

When I joined Franktalk, it was about A safe space to talk about erectile dysfunction and penile implants but it seems to have become just an old Pornhub.
