Mysterious morning wood... please help me!!!

Hi.. for the past several days I was able to get strong morning wood. But I got into a verbal fight with someone a few days ago and now I dont have morning wood anymore. During the night that this verbal fight took place I felt pain on the right side of my penis. Can someone tell me whats going on here???
