Over 500 is very good for a man in his 50s.

I prefer my Total T to be in the range of 700-900. With oral testosterone, I recently hit 1100 and have backed off the dosage and am currently in the mid-500's. My uro wants me to go up some more.
You're missing Free T or bioavailable T. I consider them more important than Total T.
I could be way off the mark since I'm going by memory, but your Creatinine strikes me as high, which, if so, would indicate potential kidney issues. Did your lab give you a reference range?

Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension and atherosclerosis. Sildenafil is iffy. Tri-Mix (30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1) a godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT, Botox, PT-141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, cabergoline, psychotherapy+hypnotherapy.

I had testosterone level of 900 and still had ED.
I was 68 at the time ...70 now
Trimix immediately took care of the ED issue

My previous uro scripted me clomid last year which I still have. I used it before but it caused hair loss. I can probably take a small quantity but just enough as to hopefully raise libido but if I see hair shedding I'll completely stop taking it big time.

I'll get that done soon.

The creatine range my lab gave me is: 0.76 - 1.27. So my creatinine 0.92 should be in the normal range.
