It does say "…potential to address other forms of ED.”, so maybe it does have more generalized hope.ElbowRoom wrote:It's interesting that it's being tested specifically for post-prostatectomy ED only. I wonder if it has damaging effects on the prostate tissues.

Lets face it, theres no GOOD option- they all come with fairly significant drawbacks.

I beg to differ. Oral drugs are very effective but you need to find the right one(s) for you. Seeing a doctor is essential.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.

I've tried them all , even avanafil.
Cialis is maintenance. It does barely anything, viagra is better as is avanafil, bit I still just lose the erection once my heads gone.
Veds ate hopeless too.
There's no ED pill that bypasses the mental side of ED, so I wouldn't say they are very effective. They are somewhat effective, but it's not as though they produce a rock hard erection that lasts. It's more a good erection that still goes up and down.
39 m UK
Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.

FWIW, I've had good libido results with PT-141. I'm 4+ months post-op and am diving back into PT-141.

pt141 is way better than any other on demand pill.
my only concern is not to develop tachyphylaxis from it, because i need it.
electrostimulation is also good for nerves
