Are there any sites for women that are equivalent to Franktalk

My wife is a bit envious that there is so much information here for men. She is experiencing a lot of different thing since our return to the sex life and does anyone know if there are any sites such as this that cater to women and their sex issues?

I'm also interested in this for my wife.
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly. :D
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7". ;)

There is an ED forum on Facebook run by a female. She deals with both sexes.
Reddit or Discord may have a female group or two. There is an ED group on Reddit that both sexes post to.

There is a rather ridiculous forum in Germany called erektion.de where a female moderator reprimands all men who question her advice. If I compare that with here: This forum is absolutely stone age.
