Does Alfuzosin Worsen ED or Lower Libido?

Back in January, my ED and libido were improving. But since then, I've felt pa semi-sharp pain in the area above my right testicle leading into the base of my penis.

My uro said it looks like I have an enlarged prostate and prescribed Alfuzosin. I took it only once last week because of apprehension it might lower my libido or worsen my ED.

So before I take it, I want to know if you guys that have taken it experienced any ED, libido or ejaculatory issues?
