Cialis stopped working for me a few months ago, I switched to avanafil (Spedra) and results are excellent.

I can't really complain, Cialis worked great for more than 10 years.

Alternate injection sides and avoid injecting close to a previous injection Sites and all should ok. I read that less than 10% of injectors develop plaque.

I suffered a similar fate. Viagra worked great for 20 years then effectiveness just fell off a cliff. I refuse to believe an underlying condition has gotten worse. The quality of my erection without viagra is unchanged. It's the ability of viagra to enhance it that's gone. Such a pain the ass. Thinking of trying PT 141
42yr, ED from mid 20s. Currently trailing Invicorp. Single dose of 0.35 ml contains 25 mcg Aviptadil and 2mg Phentolamine. First injection gave 4 hour erection with half standard dose placing me at risk of priapism. Help!

You may want to try other PDE-5 inhibitors first (Spedra/Stendra, Cialis, Levitra, Helleva). I used Cialis for more than 10 years, I recently switched to Spedra (avanafil) and it's working great.

Always consult your doctor (urologist) before you decide to try any new drug.

I've tried them all with no success, it's been 6 months though so I might try again, thanks.

Usually, it's like any other medicine that if it's taken for years, the effects will start to diminish. That's why you should hurry to take huge doses at the beginning. I had all of this explained by my doctor who prescribed viagra to me a few years ago. Because my condition was just at the beginning we were able to start with smaller doses and they still worked well. Then, with time passing, we upgraded the dose every time it was needed. I take a relatively medium-dose now and never experienced any side effects. I'm pretty sure that researching the viagra brand that I went with was also a key factor as I only took the best quality medicine, not the cheapest that's sold on some sketchy websites. Be careful with your health.

Same man. Both don’t work for me. Now taking this drug https://www.pillpal.to/men-s-health-1793/cenforce-100-mg-37304.html. I love that it doesn’t make you addicted to it. Anyway, now I’m happy to have my regular erection. You know, it’s said that a man is afraid of 2 things. They are e dysfunction and empty pocket. And it’s actually hard to argue about that. So, anything we’re concerned about exists only within our heads. That’s why we can always get rid of it. Anyway, keep the topic updated. GL

The drug companies deny it but I think there is some tolerance.

I've basically been taking these drugs daily for years. Eventually no effects and no side effects either.

However, when I take a break and return, side effects return, as well as little bit more of the desired effect. Not quite enough unfortunately.

I do suspect that some of the off-brand generics they sell cheaply in U.S. pharmacies now are no good. I definitely suspect a quality control issue.

Cialis did nothing for me. Viagra worked for a few years, had to up the dose but then it started failing to work. Generic Viagra did nothing for me after insurance stop paying for brand name. The side effect of Viagra for me was migraines.

There are alot of good answers here but I'm with Simbarn and his extraordinary explanation.

IMHO Viagra and Cialis do not have tolerances. It's our bodies that are degrading and aging and if your lifestyle doesn't support whole foods/exercise then you are doing nothing to increase nitric oxide and testoterone in your body which Viagra/Cialis needs in order for it to work properly.

I too thought that Viagra/Cialis had a weakening effect over time as it also worked less and less for me. Then I decided to stop eating meat and started eating vegetables and fruit and cut out the dairy. And then some intermittent fasting along the way. I did this for 3 months. This made using Viagra/Cialis even better than before and then some for natural erections.

It is our bad habits that cause these wonderful drugs to stop working.
