Scrotum contraction while taking PDE5s
If I didn't know any better, it seems to me that cialis is having a side effect for me where the scrotum contracts significantly while produced erection is decent, almost like I'm super cold. This will occur with or without PT-141 in use in addition to it. I assume that if this is a real effect it would not be limited to Cialis / tadalafil.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

I haven't noticed that, but in general when i am excited and "in action" my scrotum contracts pretty much. I sadly have seem to have a HUGE ballsack, which is honestly annoying, so i appreciate it when it does contract.
However, one thing other than the usual "pink vision, congested nose", i have my rectum dilate significantly. That's very annoying and uncomfortable.

39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.
