He didn’t see or feel any issues with prostate or bladder, even though my previous urologist had misdiagnosed my case as prostatitis and had given me antibiotics and cialis to try (which were of no help in my case)

I have seen this mentioned a number of times regarding patients being misdiagnosed with prostatitis, when in fact it was muscles in spasm in the pelvic floor.
Fascinating to hear about your particular case.
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.

Yes exactly, thanks! It’s just so crazy to be suffering severe ED symptoms from just a tight pelvic floor spasm. I’d be really grateful/relieved if solely this has been the issue all along.
24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction

Resurrecting this since I'm going thru a similar problem.

Since my RPP 20 mo ago, I'm still having incontinence issues and have been seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist for a couple weeks now. My problem is the pelvic floor is weak and not flexing and when like it should. I still get random leaking and very weak orgasms. The PT has me doing kegels, but also inserts/connects a vstim probe up my back side and lets the machine work for me. The PT stated I wouldn't see many results until the 8-10 week point.

I've been researching buying my own kegel vstim and have found 3 models with not much background data. Has anyone tried one of these units and have a recommendation? There are tons available for women. Or, did anyone who went thru this with a PT find good/bad results?
1. Kegel8 for men
2. K-Fit
3. Tenscare Kegelfit

Thx!
Born in the last century and RPP in 2020. Started trimix in Mar 2021, now on to the rehab...

sorry, no idea brother when it comes to these devices. i've also been doing physical therapy, but mainly for the opposite reason (to help relax my apparently hypertonic pelvic floor). whatever effect(s) these PT sessions have on me are working out quite slowly and gradually as I'm starting to regain sensation/blood flow here and there.
