Bold and Beautiful

Postby tomas1 » Sun Aug 22, 2021 7:04 pm

My wife is a big fan of that soap and I have to watch it as well.
It seems that Eric who is years older than his younger and hornier wife is having problems getting it up.
She has a young stud to take up the slack, but Eric is rich and she wants to stay with him.

OK, here's where we come in:
Wouldn't it be refreshing if he decided to get an implant and documented the process?

Wife's stud could take up the slack during the recovery.

All sorts of maladies have been presented on popular media (Soap Operas and Situation Comedies are a terrific venue). Why not E.D.?

Does anyone know the email address of any scriptwriters?

This probably common subject was introduced in 1928 in "Lady Chatterley's Lover," by D. H. Lawrence, which was banned as obscene until 1959! Hurray for the sexual revolution erasing the stigma surrounding a widespread marital problem! So many marriages could have been saved by a second guy. I was a second guy myself in my young days, but unknown to the husbands.

Tomas, maybe there's a way you can get your idea to the producers.

I wish I could get in touch with the producers.
Eric finally fessed up to his wife that he has ED.
We'll find out how severe it is and what path he'll take to find happiness.
I do like that soaps sometimes address problems in everyday life.

Hey, I contacted their feedback site and suggested that Eric explore the implant as a final solution. Stay tuned.

The show is really beginning to disappoint me.
They act like after pills, sex life is over.
The old man even wants his younger and hornier wife to continue the affair with her boy toy.
Talk about wrongly educating men (and women).

Tomas: It's only been a short time; plot changes probably have to go through umpteen committees. Everything has to be ultra-politically-correct these days, although I can't imagine any exquisitely sensitive 0.001% of the population being offended by your idea!

Well, if you gather that a scriptwriter considers an implant too radical, you could suggest that the story goes through a less absolute phase first. This could extend the arc of the story and make it even more interesting, and educational, I would think, for the average viewer, who knows nothing about ED remedies beyond Viagra. Get the screenwriter acquainted with Trimix as the next recourse when pills fail. The hero's wife hears about Trimix, and asks him to try it: "WHAT? Stick a needle WHERE?!! ARE YOU CRAZY?!" "But dear, it could solve your ED - we could make love again. Please try it - pretty please." Smooch, smooch. Plenty of dramatic material in this vein! All viewers riveted to their seats!

Offer to send injection details, or refer him to FT's injection topic, in case he doesn't think injections are a real thing, to help him create subsequent scenes. Other FT guys: write the next scene!

They really seemed to jump right to the final frontier with Eric's (the older man's) erectile problem.
I wish I knew someone who could educate the writers about alternatives.

Looks like they'll make the wife and the boy toy villains again.

I'm disappointed that it's such a great opportunity to educate the watchers.
I wonder what percentage of the population knows nothing about injections or implants?
The scam artist commercials do seem to touch on it for the wrong reason.

Don’t forget to mention the VED as an intermediate step between iNjections and the prosthesis. The horney wife could discuss how she is enjoying the increased girth.
