Erection shrinkage when nearing orgasm

This is for the guys who experience an onset of curving or bending of their penis. PD is a frustrating condition which often creates significant emotional and mental distress. It overlaps several other sexual function conditions.

Erection shrinkage when nearing orgasm

Since getting PD in 2020 I have notice my erection now comes in two versions. There is the full size version reasonably respectable in its girth and length with a banana style upward curve. Then there is the more disconcerting version usually as I approach orgasm. This type of erection is very tight, narrow, shorter and more curved. Just wondering if any other Peyroines brothers have experienced this phenomenon of erections in two sizes?
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.
