Peyronies with 60% curve near base to left

I have slight ED that has been corrected with low dose Cialis 5mg daily. I have lost an inch in length and an inch in girth and it is hard to deal with. My wife said she hasn’t noticed but I do. I was considering grafting surgery with himplant. I was hoping someone on this platform has had a procedure like this and could give me some advice. This is the first time I have reached out to any platform for advice. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Have you tried less invasive methods to correct the curve yet?

I had my implant on July 3, 2025. Severe curve and upward bend due to trimix injections. I also have autoimmune issues and have been on prednisone for 8 years. So my sac has shrunk, so he to go in 3”above the top base of my penis . I’m going on 3 weeks and it’s been rough but getting better. The upward bend has been reduced significantly, but my penis angles 40 degrees to the left. Prior to the trimix I was 5.5” in length. After getting PD I was 3.5 at best. My implant was 18cm, right under 4” but it doesn’t account for the head of your penis I don’t think, so hopefully I get at least 4.5” in length. I’m only about 20% inflated and at 3.5”. But I’ve been walking around with a hard dick for 3 weeks and I’m over it. A little nervous about pumping it and grabbing the wrong ball. lol . Anyway, I’m hoping once fully inflated it straightens out. I’m not sure
