EMS machines for nerves and muscles

the field is new and understudied, but there are some promising new about EMS (NOT tens) machines. they can help nerves and muscles directly involed in the mechanism of erections and impulse /desire

they're sold as medical devices if you use ems with anal plugs. you may need a prescription, at least in europe. they differ from tens (they're cutaneous and less potent) shockwaves and radiofrequency(both venogenic approach)

Any evidence that this will cause structural or other permanent improvements?

its new, you are looking at the studies available at the moment. im using it right now, i feel better with my anxiety and tight pelvic floor

started june 17,2025 with anal probe at 17/18hz 220 (neutrotrack pelvitone program11 - relaxing) is undeniable good for erections. how good i cannot say for the moment, they told me i need 4 to 6 months to assess the results
