I wanted to share with you guys a before and after shockwave therapy with Urogold100. I think this is the first time someone brings results like this. I still have a minor leak and Im still in boderline 25-30cm systolic.

I went from 21 to 27cm and from 27 to 32cm

6 shockwave sessions is not a cure,..never. 6 just causes some minor changes. I might think men with ED will need a protocol of over 24 shockwaves per year. Thats just too expensive.
I need to check my pudendal nerve to discard any damage after using finasteride.

So, for that little gain for 6 treatments what was your total cost? Do they really have you get an erection there while having treatments? I see on the one paper erection lasted three minutes.

Before I did shockwaves I did a penile doppler with erection. It only lasted 3 minutes. The systolic pressure was very low and I was leaking a lot. After shockwaves I did another penile doppler to see if shockwaves really worked, the effcets of trimix lasted the whole duration of the doppler. That means I respond better to timix and oral medications.

I wont use trimix because it causes scarring because the corpus cavernosum is fragile and the needle breaks the smooth muscle cells and turns them to collagen deposits. That is why these men stop responding to injections over time and at the same time they already have diseases like hypertension, diebetes etc. Some not all.

Im trying to reverse the effects of finasteride by doing shockwave, daily tadalafil 5mg before bed, arginine, citrulline, taurine, creatine for increasing 5Ar. I want to convert fibrosis back to smooth muscle cells by recruiting stem cells. Idk if its possible, but Im tring

Down at the bottom of the page it said "plan". Just wondered what the plan is from the doctor?

I'm very interested in shockwaves and wondering about the at home DIY machines.

Plan is daily tadalafil 5mg, VED 3 times a week and shockwave therapy with focused shockwave. Some say that shockwaves doesn't work, but fist you have to know your underlying condition. Shockwaves are supposed to restore tissue and blood vessels so that means the fibrosis (collagen) deposits can change to smooth muscle cells. The thing with shockwave is that it is too expensive and issurance does not pay it.

the problem is that 2 andrologists / urologists told me that the shock waves if it is an arterial problem they do something, if the problem is venous they do nothing, my case is venous

From what I know about me, I think shockwaves might be helpful. However I have never had the opportunity. None of the doctors that I have seen even mention alternatives.

Hello, I think it’s really great that you’ve posted these results. The numbers are encouraging especially the EDV, but can you also please tell us if it improved your symptoms at all? Are your erections harder now? Did the second trimix give you a normal hard erection or was it still a bit soft or bendy?
