Can shockwave Work to cure microcalcification?

One of the newer treatments for ED, Shock Wave Therapy is still in it's experimental stages. While the treatment often sounds promising, it is only effective for a few patients and the results are not permanent. Informed Consumers are the best patients!

From micro truma?
I damaged my peins 2012 by enlargment exersise by home made penis pump. 2 penile doppler with normal result and 1 cavernosography with normal result.

No, the injury caused scar tissue. It will not go away unfortunately
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I have microcalcifications from a Piraprism episode over 2 years ago due a Trimix injection, I got 6 sessions of Shocked Waves and didn't do absolutely nothing for my fibrosis/deformity.
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

You guys have wrong expectations for shockwave.
60 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject, tried shockwave.

That begs the question; what are the right expectations?

It seems to me that the previous posters are now informed that their expectectations were, indeed, wrong since they report shockwave did not work for the conditions they specified.

Yes I thought shockwaves were even supposed to break down peyronies plaques. I'd be very disappointed to pay for these expensive procedures and not have any results.
SWM/never married. 40 years and not experienced. Injuries/trauma at young age due to lack of guidance and good sex ed. Low libido, loss of sensitivity/numbness. Possible PD and probable PSSD. No tests or doppler. Offered tadalafil, clomid and sildenafil

Seems to be a common theme that guys post hopefully about shockwave but exceedingly rare that anyone posts rave reviews that it gave them good, lasting results.

Shockwave seems to be best for the practitioners that are charging $$$$ (€€€€, ££££) for it. It doesn’t seem like anyone else gets much benefit from it.
54yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.
