Is shockwave and Prp working??

One of the newer treatments for ED, Shock Wave Therapy is still in it's experimental stages. While the treatment often sounds promising, it is only effective for a few patients and the results are not permanent. Informed Consumers are the best patients!

I have had 4 shockwaves till date the last one on 20th november 2025 and prp on 4th november 2025

So i had taken 2 pills of tadafil one of 20mg and another of 10mg on 25th November 2025 around 9pm IST
I know its too much guys

But its been more than 90hrs and i am getting erections very good ones
My question is is it tadalafil working or shockwaves and prp started showing effect???

The tadalafil has a half-life of about 18 hours. It's generally considered effective for 36 hours, so I doubt that the result you're seeing is from the tadalafil. You'll get responses here that denigrate any possibility that shockwave is working, but my opinion is "maybe".

Did you get real focused shockwave? If so, there are qualified researchers who think it might have helped, especially if you started with mild to moderate ED. If it was radial shockwave, something like Gainswave, then you wasted your money. What was the make and model of the machine? Did the doctor apply numbing cream for the application?
