Guys i am 27 year old
Had my fist shickwave 48 hrs back
But i am not having erections even those i got before shickwave

Please advise me why is this happening and how long should i wait to see my erections back

The vibrations might have caused some temporary desensitization. Give it a couple of days before getting worried.

Did you talk about with the provider? Who did the treatment? There’s a lot of snake oil surrounding shockwave in the market, it’s hard to know who is reputable, and if the treatment is actually useful at all.

I have not yet heard from anybody who had significant or obvious positive results from Shockwave. That just anecdotal, but it makes me skeptical.

You may want to do more research on Shockwave. Many say it is not effective, and some who saw positive effects say the effects didn't last. My advice is schedule an appointment with a men's sexual health urologist.
