Botox/Nerve block worsened my ED profoundly

I have been suffering with pelvic pain, tight pf and pudendal neuralgia for 2.5 years now.

Nothing has taken the pain away in those years but a combination of Cialis and Viagra have kept me able to have something of a sex life.

I went in for a private nerve block and botox under sedation, which was the second time I had both, but before I had them separately not together.

had botox into the levator ani muscles obterator internus and to a lesser extent the bulbospongiosus.

However now my ED has gone from moderate to profound. I cannot seem to get an erection at all, the muscles feel fatigued and tired and even tighter than before like its literally impossible to hold the penis up.

Blood wont seem to get into it, which is worrying, its not just that I cant keep it.

This wasnt the case 5 days ago.

Anyone else have the same? Not sure what to do here.

Penis also seems smaller and more contracted. like HF symptoms but not really rubbery.
