Addressing those men who have had a prostatectomy and subsequently an implant, do you have a dry orgasm when having intercourse?

I didn't have a prostatectomy but that's not the only surgery that leads to a dry orgasm. TURP does too, and one reason I opted for the Urolift was to avoid that. I specifically asked my uro about that topic and he assured me the urolift was okay. I am three weeks into recovery from the urolift and am due for my check up. I masturbated (without consulting the doctor) the other day just to check if I would ejaculate and I am glad to say I did, though it was on the borderline between pain and pleasure. Apparently my urethra's sensitivity at the meatus is still pretty strong. This is what I wanted to know before my appointment.

I had a prostatectomy in 2000 and an implant was inserted in 2002 (replaced after 12 years in 2014). Since my prostate was removed I only have dry orgasms, even though I still have -- for whatever the reason, I'm not sure really -- precum. The orgasms feel 99% the same, I tell guys (really great ones!); there is just no feeling of the semen shooting through the penis and out into wherever it is.

I should have added to my original post that I seldom have the intense orgasms either. With oral I sometimes do. But my wife is not fully into oral. I often feel like I am on the verge of an orgasm but alas it doesn't come.

I sure envy you guys. I don't even have orgasms very often. Not like I used to. I hope no one gets the wrong idea with all of this. I am still very happy that I have my AMS700. It works well and I keep hoping that something might change orgasm wise in the near future.

I have problems with anorgasmia (can't come). Couple of weeks ago I bought the following: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00W8 ... UTF8&psc=1. I really doubted it would work but for $17 why not. To my surprise and delight it works. I don't get a mind blowing orgasm, but I do get one. I have only tried it twice, but in both instances I was a little tired and normally wouldn't have been able to do anything. It's pretty quick; from starting the bullet vibrators until the orgasm is about 5 minutes; and it's hands free. I got an implant early 2016 which works pretty well, other than the problem coming. So I'm curious to see if I use this for awhile will other things start to improve. I've also look at the viberect but the $299 price tag is a bit much. I read that people had used maca and zinc to improve semen volume. Any other suggestions?

While I can no longer almost shoot it to the ceiling, at least it's more like what normal, healthy functioning would be.
