68yo. Diabetes & hypertension drugs but none that are infamous for ED causation. Increasing ED compounded by frequent anorgasmia. Viagra for 2 years. Cabergoline experimentation inconclusive. New to pumping (Encore). Supportive (to a limit) wife.

All I can say, from "every person I've read about who's done jelging", don't do it! The end result always seems to be negative and only makes things irreversibly worse.
Retired 64 y.o. Married. Good health. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, some Cialis/Viagra. Some loss of sensation. Nocturnal erections returning, but lower libido, and sensitivity than before.
