Injection. Doctors prescribe it at some clinics. I don’t think it helps with delayed ejaculation, it may worsen that problem in my experience. I think you would be better off trying cannabis for that, assuming it is legal where you are and you don’t have disqualifying medical conditions.

I'm trying PT-141 primarily for delayed ejaculation but I also appreciate the erection help. My basis for hoping it would help with ejaculation comes from a study Dr. Irwin Goldstein, San Diego Sexual Medicine, published this year. I don't have a link but Google will find it.

My experiments with pt-141 took place maybe 15 or so years ago. I finally decided the discomforts made it not worth my efforts.

It works well for me. I use it once a week at 2.5mg. Takes about 6hrs to work and then I'm horny as hell and it inflates Mr Happy so well that I can get pretty erect without pumping my implant. I use it with a Xialla cocking too. Incredible orgasms for me.

If so, I’d be willing to help people. I get around 50% of my medication from underground sources. Sent them off for testing and they’re always genuine. I do a lot of harm-reduction techniques such as filtering injectable medication, and only buying from the most reputable underground sources.

Most of my knowledge comes from the steroid community.

Unfortunately here in the UK, unlike countries without nationalised healthcare, it’s difficult to get medications that haven’t been around for over 30 years. We can’t even get trimix here. If I could readily get the medication I want from within the UK, I would. Alas, I’m forced to go underground.

I wouldn’t recommend going underground if you can get the medication legitimately. Underground is usually cheaper, but you’re still buying from criminals who aren’t legally obliged to send you a perfect product, and that comes with its own risks and costs.

Been using pt-141 2x/wk for about 4 weeks.
I find that it does exactly what others here have said.
large increase in desire/libido 1st 24hrs, moderate up to 48 hrs, slight up to 72 hrs.
Spontaneous and night time erections also Big increase with in same time windows.
Mental sensitivity increased with in same windows.
No increase in physical sensitivity or with getting to that point of no return to orgasm.
My natural erections without Tri-mix are noticeably harder. I still need constriction band for venous leak.
Tri-mix erection unchanged but more stable, I used to lose a bit with distraction or stopping stimulation. pt141 helps with this.

Mild Headache first few hours, Up to 6 hours feeling that I might be catching a cold/flu also mild.
No nausea, or GI issues.
Got night cramps in my thighs a couple times Id be interested if others experienced this.

In all, Im glad I have it in my arsenal.

I see a Dermatologist every 6 months. Never had much happen when she examined my junk. Couple weeks ago it was a different story. Shes a pro and it didnt really matter. It sparked a conversation about pt-141. Talked more about that than we did my skin.

This is disappointing.

I don't need a libido enhancement and TriMix does the job perfectly well for erections. Where I need help is to increase sensitivity to overcome anorgasmia. Anecdotal reports have given me hope this might be just the boost I need for more reliable orgasms.

I tried it in various forms (shady PT-141 providers, FDA-approved Vyleesi) but it was unpredictable, particularly in terms of its timing. So when I started with TriMix, I essentially abandoned the PT-141. But I have a refrigerator full of the stuff still. As the anorgasmia progresses, I'll probably go back to trying it.
