difficulty reaching orgasm via intercourse

Postby rickym » Fri Aug 02, 2024 2:30 pm

This started with a bad prostatitis flare up. The main symptom is penis tip discomfort. This eventually resulted in reduced sensitivity and could not achieve orgasm via intercourse. Doctors weren't very helpful, said it was all mental. Ive tried SoftWave, P-shots, micro needling which all kinda helped but not cured. I get the start of the sensation followed by the Cowper gland fire but thats it. Sometimes the post let down also. I can still achieve orgasm manually afterwards. The ED meds aren't as effective as they used to be so now using TriMix which works great for the erection. I saw a specialist and he wants me try Sudafed an hour before. this is the same stuff that used for Priapism which is odd.
Anyone else have the same experience ?]

My same thought. VERY odd. How does the specialist reconcile this apparent discrepancy?

Holding you breath and straining slightly increases glans pressure.. Reducing your ici dose might help if you can maintain a good erection. Good luck

Use a cock ring to boost your erection and reduce your tri-mix dose.
