I think it’s the testosterone cream and retraining Mr Happy with the toy. I’m going on 6 or 7 intense and delicious vaginal orgasms in a row. All in a 5 minute window lol. The T4 meds and Wellbutrin have helped me focus and be in the moment. I wish we were on more than once a week but at 69 I’ll take it gladly.

I’m almost 78 yrs old. Used viag & cial successfully from about 60 to 75. They stopped working very well. Started trimix ici at 75 with pretty good success. Gradually raised my units to 36 at this time. This year other issues surfaced. Started to have a delayed ejaculation and have to finish up to orgasm by hand most always. I'd shop around for a more aggressive urologist. I found mine because I was looking for (focused!) shockwave therapy. Even if you don't want shockwave, I recommend using it as a qualifier for a urologist who is really into aggressive treatment methodologies. (Be absolutely sure they offer focused, not radial a/k/a "Gainswave", shockwave. They are a scam.)

Zeb: I keep my testosterone around 500; if it got into the 300s, I'd have low libido too. Low T also causes depression.

I've had great results with Trimix, but I notice that rigidity is position-dependent. My wife used to have urinary tract infections from my pounding bacteria into her urethra in the missionary position, so I got into the habit of getting up on my knees when on top. Good stiffness here and in rear-entry, but if I go back to laying on her in the standard missionary position, I will get softer after a few minutes. Back up on my knees: stiffness returns. Why Trimix stiffness is position-dependent, I have no idea.

I don't think trimix has anything to do with position-dependent stiffness. I was the same way on pills also. The real problem is the inflexibility of our aging penis. Some term it venous leak, but our penis is no long able to contract to hold in the blood and gravity plays a part. I use 30 units of a quadmix and get a good erection. But I still use a stretchy silicone cock ring around the base which keeps me erect in any position. Its a matter of getting the tightest cock ring that does not hurt
