I think it’s the testosterone cream and retraining Mr Happy with the toy. I’m going on 6 or 7 intense and delicious vaginal orgasms in a row. All in a 5 minute window lol. The T4 meds and Wellbutrin have helped me focus and be in the moment. I wish we were on more than once a week but at 69 I’ll take it gladly.

I think finally getting used to and enjoying my implant. I don’t have to worry about losing it or even getting engorged (rare ) because I feels great either way. This has really allowed me to relax and be in the moment too.
