Anorgasmia and Teimix volume

I have suffered from anorgasmia for some time. I used to use 0.2 mL Trimix which makes me pretty hard - but seems to reduce sensitivity. I've been decreasing volume and last night tried 0.07 mL Trimix with success. True, I also used a prostate massager (Adam Eve 3-point) for some time, sometimes with success.
