Well after a year and half of severe peyroines, a two doctors recommendation I got an implant. I could always orgasm and with Cialis I could get an erection with a terrible headache. Now I have a great on demand erection that lasts and I cannot cum. I have tried some stuff like pygem, Larginine and a host of other stuff. Am I cursed lol. I guess its psychological? I dont know. One thing starts and the other stops. We have had sex three times this week for long bouts and I have not orgasmed. So frustrated.

Strange results indeed. I too have an implant, just 4 and a half weeks out form surgery and I can cum. It is a sry orgasm as I have had a prostectomy and therefore no ejaculation, still good orgasm anyway just like before implant and post prostatectomu before injections failed.

Was your implant via scrotal or abdominal incision. Abdominal incision has advantages but can damage the nearves in the top of the penis. The PD corrections are another complicationg factor. Maybe somebody with an implant and PD will reply.

It could be physical - but we also find many, many men end up with arousal issues. It is a bit of a mind game. But force yourself to stop watching yourself, looking, waiting, analyzing, etc. Also, do something to send stimulation through the roof. Try sex toys on yourself. Use an Aneros during sex...a Body Wand vibrator on your perineum, have her tie you up, get CRAZY. Lose yourself in fun sex. You have been a patient and science project for so long that you're very likely still in that mode. But talk to your doctor...have him do a penile sensitivity exam. Can you climax while masturbating? lots of questions, I know.

I like your advice about losing myself in sex.Never had this problem before. I think it is phycological to some extent. I hope I can get back to good orgasm without whips and chains lol.

Hi Matthew, OK Psycholoical, its a word that a lot of guys like to throw around when it come to ED, once you get that in your head you start to beleave it, just try and forget that bit, mat be hard now though,
To orasm, is something a lot of men have trouble with, and like some women go through there whole lives and never have one, its a mood thing for some of us.
You say you have tried some herbs, if you can get the mix right then they will work. I have a whole list I'll try and get the ones I have listed, and post it,but it seems these days that they just keep coming up, and some are just simple things.
Good Luck

Matthew,
I was having a problem cumming after my implant. It would take me at least an hour on several occasions which was exhausting my wife. I tried masturbation and would give up. So I asked my doc if maybe nerves had been damaged during the implant surgery. He sad highly unlikely. Tested for low T and found me at 199. Said I should be at least 600. So started Testopel in early Nov. Tested T level early Dec. Now at 700+. Feeling great and can come in 15-20 minutes with a pretty hefty amount of ejaculate. Get tested for low T. Only drawback testicles shrinking, but for me worth the trade off.

Sometimes I feel that the strength of the ED meds interfere with the ejaculation process. Also alot has to do with what the original cause of your ED! When the medicines I take fir my health problems finally caused me problems with my ability to msintain an erection the doctor gave me Viagra 100mg to take. Well it worked but I could not climax. I was hard as a brick and my wife could ride me tell she was exhausted and I would never orgasm. I would try to finish by hand but my hand would give out. I told my doctor and they decreased the dose and then things started flowing. Each individual person eill react differently to the same drug. Its a tough road, you want to get hard but you also want the reward too. My pain Dr said orgasms were the best pain meds anyone could have because right after you shoot your load your body releases all these natural endorphins!
Good luck I wish you much success.

One suggestion I can offer. I was numb on the bottom of my penis from the scar of my circumcision down past the vertical scar from my implant. I spent a lot of time in hotels in the months after surgery, so had a lot of time on my hands. I would pump up as the AMS people recommend for expansion of the LGX, and I would stimulate myself to try to achieve and maintain a high level of sexual arousal. This stimulates blood flow which promotes healing, etc. I was by myself, so I used porn (which my wife hates so don't tell her) and some lotion. Inevitable I would climax, and the endorphins released helped relieve the pain of my throbbing boner, as I had it pumped as hard as I could stand it. Call it rehab or just wanking, but I believe it helped.

Good luck and here's to wild orgasms!
