Interesting. It is supposed to have less sexual side effects than many SSRI/SNRI AD. Never heard it actually helped!

I've been taking it for years and it was the only anti-depressant that didn't cause DE for me.
Thanks

Is there anything whether it be supplements, peptides or meds that will hasten the ejaculation? I read somewhere that Trazadones and even some meds for adhd may cause spontaneous ejaculation. I'm cut and I feel like I'm almost getting too much friction on my penis trying to bring about ejaculation. Penile stimulation feels like it is not carrying me all the way through. How can I explain to a doctor that I seem to require some pressure applied to my perineum to help me ejaculate? I don't understand why or how this heightens the sensation to the point that I can ejaculate. Is this a symptom of VL that I am mitigating by the slight pressure I am applying behind my scrotum?

You are putting pressure on your prostate and causing stimulation that way. :D
