Anorgasmia is what I believe I have but let me list some of my most common symptoms and kindly ask for your feedback and perhaps any solutions to this I might try:
* I am 61 now but I’d say starting at around 50 I found it harder and harder to achieve an orgasm when having vaginal sex. Again around 50, I could ejaculate when experiencing a blowjob for a while but even that became harder and harder to achieve.
* Again starting around 50 years old I would have lots of issues either getting or maintaining a firm erection because as I pumped away for 30 - 40 or so minutes straight without climaxing I basically lost interest in a manner of speaking and would stop or try and fake it. I still very much liked sex and had a good drive towards it, but basically the sensitive, rising of warm sensations in my shaft that lead to orgasm in my 20’s through 40’s wasn’t occurring.
* Now at 61 when masturbating I most often have a weak ejaculation after 10 or so minutes but no orgasm - in other words the super pleasurable aspect of it is gone. It’s a good stress reliever but pretty bland in the pleasure department. I sometime now do have problem getting an erection as well.
* I’m currently not on any ED medications but over the years I’ve tried Viagra and Sildenafil on maybe 20 occasions but most of the time I get headaches from taking the medication and the erection results are quite mixed - nothing spectacular

Re: My tale of Anorgasmia
Your situation sounds an awful lot like mine. ED developed slowly over the years until almost nothing as did orgasms. In my case a lot of the problem was due to necessary other meds and getting older. Tried pills with very little results and some unwanted reactions. Tried Trimix injections with little result. As the Ed progressed so did retrograde ejaculations. ED was solved with VED and rings, but climaxes arewhat they are... pleasurable, but not the same as they were when ejaculation was external. Sensitivity has also diminished so have to use mechanical means like a vibrator to finish. Far better than nothing
83 yrs old. Married 40 yrs. On meds for B/P, Cholesterol and BPH. Greenlight procedure yrs ago. 30 yrs ED w/Retrograde Ejaculations. Tried Pills, Injections & different pumps. Excellent results with ErecAId pump & Beige D & Gray D rings.

Re: My tale of Anorgasmia
I first noticed anorgasmia at about age 64. But, with me, it was more difficult with oral. PIV was usually reliable until about two years ago. I've tried a lot of supplements, including Cabergoline, and it's difficult to tell whether they have helped. I use Sildenafil to increase my odds - I certainly don't need ED to further exacerbate the problem (although it has).
The science on Cabergoline is far from conclusive but I'm afraid to give it up lest it be helping in some small measure.

68yo. Diabetes & hypertension drugs but none that are infamous for ED causation. Increasing ED compounded by frequent anorgasmia. Viagra for 2 years. Cabergoline experimentation inconclusive. New to pumping (Encore). Supportive (to a limit) wife.
Re: My tale of Anorgasmia
I would trade the ejaculation part almost entirely if the orgasm itself could be brought back - but I don't think that's an option unless anyone knows differently. I haven't tried a vacuum device but my understanding if that its only role is to produce a firm erection but that it doesn't itself produce an orgasm once the erection is created, correct? or are vacuum devices somehow used in combination with other masturbatory devices like sleeves? Sorry for the stupid questions

Once you get it up it's your erection so you do what you want with it. I'd want to put it to use one way or another.scrow9 wrote:or are vacuum devices somehow used in combination with other masturbatory devices like sleeves?
You won't learn if you don't ask.scrow9 wrote:Sorry for the stupid questions
