Anorgasmia and daily cialis

I have been on and off daily cialis and after 2 years I am noticing I am having more trouble being able to orgasm. Has this happened to anyone else and if so does it continue to worsen or is there something I can do? I limit my sex to twice a week and no solo sessions between. Also, no porn or anything like that.

Yes. I had this problem with cialis also. For some reason cialis never engorged the glans for me. In my case levitra engorged the glans also, which helped.

I also have been taking Cialis since doc said I had BPH and
also have anorgasmia. Posted in this very forum I reported

Cialis never did anything for me, but sildenafil helps with glans and some shaft engorgement. Growinjim is absolutely right about prostate massage orgasms...they are mind blowing!

Perhaps yet another check in the box for me. I feel like I am experiencing a delay in ejaculation, and I've been using low dose daily tadalafil off and on for roughly 3 years.

So it makes me wonder is tadalafil having a direct effect on the prostate and somehow impeding ejaculation? Nobody told me this would happen and I didn't think it was listed as a side effect.

Same here. Have been on 5mg of Cialis for 2+ years. Sometimes a real struggle to orgasm. I may stop taking it for 30 days and see how it goes.

I take Cialis for Daily use (5 mg) for last 5 years with no effect on orgasms. I take it to calm overactive bladder (off label use), which it helps immensely.

I did have issues when Dr. had me on Flomax - harder to orgasm and literally no ejaculate. To me that is a BAD drug. Once I had the REZUM procedure for prostate enlargement had no more need for the Flomax.

FloridaSpeedo and Wiggles123 you both appear to have implants from the look of your signature lines. Just curious why men like you would need the daily cialis?

PSSDorAmINormal, you asked aboiut the Cialis while I have an implant.... I actually explained it in my post that I am taking 5mg Daily Cialis for an off-label use (to calm an overactive bladder). While on Cialis my bladder relaxes and I get no sudden urges to pee. Without it I get bladder spasms that cause me to need to rush to pee. With It I sleep all night, even till noon if I want.

If it helps with glansd engorgement I really can't say.
