hardness; difficulty ejaculating

Postby 456pzza » Sun Apr 17, 2022 11:48 pm

I just found this DE forum. I posted the following in the General Discussion forum earlier today, but may be more appropriate here:

I had some degree of ED for nearly 40 years, but in the last 10 years or so, it'd gotten progressively worse until pills completely failed. Frequent masturbation during all this time; no penetration during sex since 2007. VED & injections were not happening. AMS 700 LGX implant done on March 21, '22. Cycling began 4-8-22. Hardness when fully inflated less than I expected, & I knew it would be softer than my natural erections.

Girlfriend & I had sex for the first time. Lube was very helpful after trouble inserting. Very satisfying except I could not ejaculate during intercourse. Got close a few times, then it backed off.

Questions: is your penis still kinda soft & somewhat bendable even when fully inflated, as mine is? Has all that masturbation over the years made it difficult to achieve ejaculation during intercourse now that I can finally penetrate again? Or do we just need to give it time & practice?

You are still healing, the hardest and ejaculation will come. Give it a few months
Enjoy the practice:)

Thanx for that encouragement.

Sorry, not 40 years; I've been dealing with ED for just over 20 years.

You might have some success doing what I do. I have ED and
have difficulty ejaculating in the vagina. See my earlier posts. I do
two things
which help me greatly. First I inject Trimix (vascodialator) and
I wear a Giddy cockring. Not a ring exactly, but horseshoe shape
and oval. It doesn't block blood inflow, but nubs on the top do
compress the dorsal vein to stop venous leak. A tension band
hold the ends on the bottom fit fit. Choosing the size is critical.
I had to try several sizes. I use the larger when I inject Trimix, a
step smaller without injection. It gives me firm erections if the
brain is in the right place. Giddy is expensive but Works for me!

Now, to ejaculate my wife gently massages my prostate while
I masturbate. Mindblowing long orgasms.

I clean and prelube butt before sex. HIGHLY recommend for
Anorgasmia.
78 yrs, ED for 4-5 years, currently using Trimix, Giddy

456pzza. I had a Titan implanted very close to the same time as you did. The first week or two of pumping I thought I was getting all I could get pumped, later I started using two hands so using your primary hand like normal and then using your other on the out side of primary. In this manner I can pump to a point that it is as hard as a rock and no way could you bend it. My biggest concern was I would damage it by pumping it too hard. So far so good. Good luck. Double up on those hands and try to get a little more in it
58year old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
