Anorgasmia After Implant Surgery

I have been unable to orgasm/ejaculate from sex with my attractive wife since having my implant surgery 8 months ago. Pre-surgery I couldn't achieve or maintain a hard erection during sex but never failed to climax. Before implantation, I could orgasm/ejaculate from masturbation without difficulty within 5 minutes watching pornographic videos; now it usually takes more than 30 minutes of concentrated effort and continuous handiwork to get there. Sometimes after a half hour I just give up altogether.
The building block sensations leading to orgasm just are not occurring now. My surgeon says nothing happened during my implantation that would cause anorgasmia and no complications are shown on my Operative Report.
To battle anorgasmia, I've tried...to no avail...bi-mix and tri-mix urethral gels, Oxytocin nasal spray and Cabergoline. I've been on daily Tadalafil 5 mg for years and ingest another 30-40 mg a few hours before playtime. Still can't climb the hill, let alone get over it.
Sharing by any of my Bionic Brothers who have experienced this and successfully overcome it would certainly be appreciated.

I feel your pain even though it has just been about 3 months since my implant. Like you I'm in my 70's and had ED for a long time. Up until about a year ago Viagra 100mg did the trick. Then I developed Peyronie's and the implant seemed to be the way to go. Up until the implant I could always reach O masturbating even though I couldn't have an erection. Now I can't. I don't see how doctors performing implant surgery can justify not telling patients that anorgasmia is a risk even if there seems to be relatively few of us. The idea that the surgery doesn't affect nerves seems bogus. What about the incision itself and the widening of blood vessels within the penis not to mention the 2 large tips I have in my glans. I wish I could go back and read the release I signed more closely. Sign me disappointed at least for the time being.

Glad that I found this instead of starting a new thread.

Had my implant in October 2020. Orgasms are getting more difficult as time goes on. The ladies who do my back rubs used to give me such powerful orgasms that I had to hold on to something.

Now, the last three times nothing. I get almost there, then lose the sensation. Jerking off is taking longer and the porn that I have to watch is getting more hard core.

Going to try generic viagra or cialis, whichever is out in a generic format now. I used to get unbearable headaches when I took either one before. So I guess that I'll try a real low dose and see if that helps.

Have you ever checked for testo?

Tadalafil make you last longer and reduce refractory period. I'm not sure how it can help with anorgasmia, yes a better engorgement perhaps.

PT-141 could be an option. It raises libido a lot.

I had Prostiva surgery which has caused a loss of sensitivity and a delayed orgasm/ejaculation. Also orgasms are not as intense now. The urologist never explained this to me and it really freaked me out these last two years. I am getting better at accepting it but when you are used to achieving good orgasms and then that is suddenly and unexpectingly taken away from you it is traumatic. It's definitly a big concern for me in considering an implant. I don't want it to get worse if I ever get an implant.
Some Doctors can be so insensitive and will lead you on just for the money.

This is a good description of what is not happening. I'm on my 6th week, and finally was able to orgasm via masterbation. It took a helluva lot to get there. I'm mostly numb from ball incision to just under glans, so that's likely my issue.

From what I have read on here, the sensations can take a year to come back, depending on what's going on. Keep at it, I will too.

Same problem. 5 months out and it's hit or miss. Two times now I haven't been able to come while masturbating. I do miss my old cock and wish I had n't done this to myself sometimes. I have no choice but to accept it and try and get to a point in the future where it improves. I had a transverse incision and it still aches especially after using the implant. Not sure if they cut some nerves.

Wow. I guess i never thought this would be an issue after implant. Hell, i have all of that more and i just started on tri mix. Nothing has helped. Last time it took 2 hours to orgasm, thank god the wife was able to keep going. And that was after i spent a lot of time trying to do it myself but my arm and shoulders have out. It’s getting harder and harder to accept it. I hate to say it but at least i know I’m not alone.

I'm now six months out and I still can't come during sex. I can usually get to the trigger point by myself and then resume but it's not the same. Had the same problem prior to my implant just not as bad. Using Levitra and TRT helps with sensation but still only by myself so far. Wish the scientists could figure out and nice half way mark for PE and DE.

Hey im also a patient of dr mills. He seems really uninterested. Did he recognize and acknowledge your issue? I hate to hear something like this happening to another guy. Stay strong
