PT-141 for DE??

Saw several posts here and in other folders on PT-141 peptide, Bremelanotide. Perused about 20 YouTubes. Now apparently FDA approved for female libido enhancement which portends well for safety. Seem to be fair results for ED.

Has anyone here used it to treat or improve DE/Anorgasmia?

Uro endorsed trying it today though he had no experience with it. He does use it for female treatment. Oxytocin alone did nothing for me after 10 troches. Based on outcomes, he then suggested adding Cabergloline and then Wellbutrin. He felt that DE treatment was trial and error.

If some combo of that did not work, he then suggested adding "Cyproheptadine". I've not seen that mentioned here.

I'd love to try PT-141 for ED. If you know any online store that sells it, please send me a PM.

It's absurd that this is marketed only for women, it is uncontroversial that it also works for men.

I have tried PT-141 a number of times. It is effective in ramping up your libido. I would pair it with viagra and it was fairly effective.
There are some downsides and challenges with it though. I wasn’t doing a daily dose, just a larger dose before sex. The problem is that it takes 4-6 hours to kick in, so you have to really plan and the timing can vary. It also can make you extremely nauseous, which definitely doesn’t make you feel sexy. If you get past that, then you are good. It lasts for a good 12 hours or so once it kicks in and you will feel really horny.
The day after, you can have some achiness in your lower back. The other downside is that if you use it frequently, it seems to diminish in effect. If you take a break and then restart, it will be effective again. There can also be a rebound afterwards where it’s harder to get aroused.
I stopped using it because I found it to be more trouble than it was worth but I did have some good times with it.

I had very serious side effects ... total body aches and joint pain. I'm no doctor; but, it appears ... at least, for me ... to kick off inflammation through out my body. Side effects began about 8 hours after I injected myself and lasted for 18-24 hours. Yes, it increases your libido and helped improve erection. However, the side effects are a deterrent to any further use, by me.

What doses did you guys do? At 2x0.5mg and 2x0.75mg I am getting mild/moderate side effects* but seemingly little benefit. More info later as I continue to increase dose (every other day). Some of the side effects have lessened with use.

* mild indigestion/gas-gurgling/acid( not nausea), stuffy sinuses and nasal passages (hitting Afrin), burning eyes, some minor malaise and mild headache (abating), slight elevation in BP with heavy pulse, peaks in 10-30 min and subsides now in 1-2 hrs. First hit subsided in 5 1/2 hrs.

If you guys want a centrally acting drug with virtually no side effects, I strongly recommend apomorphine from theedclinic.com. This is only a second-line treatment but it is very effective and safe. Check out my thread on apomorphine for more details.

I used PT-141 about ten times several years ago. I definitely felt improved libido, but it did little if anything to improve my erection quality. Left me with improved desire, but no erection to take advantage of it. It also generated a strange overall feeling that lasted for about an hour.
