Thank you Paul for expanding the forum to include PE/DE.
My Uro says nothing can be done to cure DE but possibly a member can stumble or a cure or some help in this area.

Thank you for adding these new topics. ED does not exist in isolation but is entangled with other complications that include anxiety related to DE, PE, size, etc. I know of no other site with such a great, encouraging group to share with.

I experienced the same thing sorta, I could not ejaculate and became concerned. my urologist encouraged me that our bodies take up to 18 months to fully recover from implant surgery. he reinstated that if I ejaculated prior to implant surgery, that all will come back. Diabetes and Anti-depression along with Blood Pressure Meds definitely hinder ejaculation volume , etc

Thanks for the new forum. I'm one who is interested also. I've noticed over the years that my ejaculations have been taking longer. So much so that the last time my wife and I had sex she complained a little about getting sore. So I actually stopped and she finished me manually. So I am curious to hear about any possible treatments, etc. in case mine continues to increase.

I’ve noticed that it can be more difficult for me to orgasm the higher the dose of sildenafil Intake. (20 or 40mg). Have you experienced that at all? Does Edex cause any delayed orgasm?

I believe the answer to both can be yes.

However, you might want to try the new sub-forum dedicated to this topic that contains several both new and older threads on this and related subjects: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=22

I use Edex, formally Caverject. Use in conjunction with Sildenafil (50mg - 100mg in my case). I think that it may influence my already existing condition. I have always been a 'long laster'. I was proud of it in my youth, as it worked well in my sexual encounters with the ladies. But as it has gradually increased, it starts to become another variation of performance anxiety, especially when my wife has cum 2 or 3 times already and is ready for me to finish.

Curious if Masturbating that day would not inhibit orgasm later on. I am certainly not young anymore when we could cum five times a day. Maybe the body just says Wait. Also, I read where it does take a good 12 months or more to Fully recover, so, maybe ejaculating late is one of the side effects.

have I didn’t have a orgasm for many years. My wife would only have one orgasm and didn’t want to have sex because of this. She thought I couldn’t feel anything. Not true. We got divorced and I met another lady and we got married. As soon as we got together and had sex a few times she started having a few orgasms. Within a short period of time she would have 10 or more. When this happened I started getting my head massages bye coming out a little more. Sometimes if I didn’t have a orgasm while she did we would just massage my head by just being in her a small amount where I could massage the head of my penis. It didn’t take long and bingo, I had my first orgasm in years. This is now a common practice an a orgasm every time. Any time we have oral sex the same thing. As she goes way down and then comes up to the head and then back down and then up and continues to the head and works that a for some time I also have an orgasm. Boy do those orgasms feel fantastic. I never thought I would ever have one again. Try getting just the head massaged. I hope it will work for many of you. Our sex now last for several minutes. Since I have MS and can’t be on top she sets on me and controls the amount of time she needs it. She now prefers that way and goes a long long time for all her orgasms. When she is finished I will stay in her and keep going in and out, she will have more orgasms. Then it’s my time to massage the head. Orgasm every time. Try it guys and I hope it works for many of you.

I have a penile prosthesis.

I’ve had this problem on and off for years now. I use Trimix and Cialis to get erect, have sex with my beautiful wife, she orgasms and I have to stop and stimulate myself to the tipping point and then resume sex to the finish. Lately I really have to concentrate to get there and it’s getting frustrating. Other times it’s no problem. Is it old age (66) all my meds for high blood pressure, loss of sensation etc or in my head? Thankfully my wife participates to the finish and is ok with it as it is. Are there treatments for this? I’m already on TRT, Cabergoline and Arimidex. In fact the first three days of taking Cabergoline and Arimidex it was great sex all three nights. Now just back to the same routine. Makes me hestitant to avoid sex. Thanks
