I searched the forum for posts about pelvic floor physical therapy and find only one, without much discussion. Are there any experiences here from people who have tried PVPT, specifically for anorgasmia?
I have found a therapist who specializes in male pelvic floor therapy who also employs Softwave. My urologist has recommended that I try Softwave, so it seems a combination that I should at least give a chance. (For reference, Softwave is a branded version of focused shockwave with a slightly different application than the typical focused shockwave. It is not radial shock wave, which I consider to be a scam.)

Re: Pelvic floor physical therapist?
There's an interesting post from Fed1981, a British medical doctor, "Hard flaccid success story..." in the hard flaccid topic, 9-3-20.
Age 80 in 2025. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
