I get it up using a vacuum pump and we finally found a position where I can get full no-hands penetration, but I haven’t been able to come in quite a few tries. Has anyone tried a “couples’ vibrator”? I’ve seen 2 types online: one fits on your dick with a loop around your balls to hold it in place, and the other type fits into her vagina with the external part resting on her pussy while you penetrate her along with the vibrator . I guess you don’t have to move - just hold still and let the vibration do the work! Has anyone tried one of these? Would love to hear the results.
Also, did she like it?

This is not exactly an on-topic reply. But I've done something similar. Men with spinal cord injuries that can't get an erection are frequently prescribed a device called the Ferticare to use vibration on their penis to induce ejaculation. These are $600 medical devices. I bought one to see if it would help with nerve regeneration (a different topic altogether), but I have tried to see if it helps with anorgasmia. It feels good - that little tingling sensation that indicates you might be on the path to cumming - but it doesn't really get me close. It's a bit discouraging that paraplegics can get off with this but my guy is too resistant.

But it does offer a little bit of sensation enhancement. It makes me think that your idea might perhaps maybe help just enough to push me/us over the edge if we are close. The vibrator alone doesn't do much for me (even a fleshlight is not very helpful) but in combination with a woman underneath and the friction of a warm wet pussy it might just work.
