I can not feel sensation on my left side of penis after using Penile Stretching Device with mild ED.

I can not feel physical sexual sensation on my left side of penis. Tadalafil is working for me most of the times but some days I do not get good erection even with tadalafil. After using Penile Stretching Device, I have sensation issues during masturbation. I have never had sex, my marriage is about to happen in 4 months. I now have severe performance anxiety. I want to talk to someone. I have consulted two good Urologists, taken Inj. Hcg many times, 4 Pshots many timss, shockwave therapy, doing massage daily. Its been 2 years. Veins on left side of my penis have shrunken. I get little lesser engorgement on left side of penis as compared to right.

Now the main problem I am facing in masturbation which makes me doubt my future sexual encounter is that I do not get good penile sensation during masturbation, I do not get enjoyable orgasm, I do not get penile contractions while ejaculating. As I do not get penile contraction, My hip movements have got severely hampered. Insufficient penile skin sensation have destroyed my Motion Of The Ocean. I WANT to do it, There is no issue with interest(testosterone level), but impared physical sensations is creating aversion for masturbation.

I really doubt that, I wont be able to have motion of the ocean during sex. I can not have sex before marriage, I love my wife, I am religious muslim. I have always saved myself for her. I seriosuly need help from my elder.

Why use a stretching device? Maybe you are damaging something.

Hello1: What country are you in? Is there a sex shop near? Or can you get a package from www.amazon.com? After taking Tadalafil, put one of these rubber rings on your penis, fully or partially erect. It will cause a full erection until you take it off.

If you are getting numbness after using the stretching device, don’t use the stretching device. I’m not sure why that is happening to you, but don’t use that device any more.

I’m not sure what country you live in, and the state of Men’s Sexual Health specialists where you are.

If you don’t think you can find a doctor like that there, perhaps see if you can get a phone or video consultation with Maze Men’s Health, or FrankTalk Therapy. Both advertise here on this site and might be able to give you guidance. I’m sure you want to address this ahead of your marriage.
